How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and courier availability. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

  • Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, customs, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
  • Address Accuracy: Please provide correct and complete shipping details. Failed deliveries due to wrong or incomplete addresses may result in extra charges.

Exchange policy

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a free replacement. After 7 days (up to 30 days), your request may still be considered, but additional charges could apply.
To request a replacement:
  1. Email us at sales.lagunatec@gmail.com or contact.lagunatec@gmail.com.
  2. Provide your order number and attach a clear photo/video showing the issue.
  3. Once approved, you may be asked to return the product in its original packaging or wait for courier pick-up.
After verification, we will ship the replacement within 14 working days.
⚠️ Please note: Refunds are not available, and “change of mind” cases are not covered.
